Welcome to the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association of Atlantic Canada (CMBA – Atlantic). Our goal is to deliver information to further your education and enhance your professional development. We offer networking opportunities, education sessions and webinars to connect you with industry professionals to help build your business and keep you in touch with products and services available to you. CMBA Atlantic is the collective voice of Mortgage Brokers in the Atlantic Region acting as your advocate at all levels of government on issues that impact our industry.
Membership Categories
(15% HST will be added to your membership fees)
Individual Voting Member – $200 per year
The Individual Member shall be an active Mortgage Broker registered in accordance with the Mortgage Brokers Act.
Individual Voting Member: New-to-the-Industry – $50 for the first year of your membership
The Individual Member shall be an active Mortgage Broker who has been working in the sector for two (2) years or less.
Individual Non-Voting Industry Partner Member – $200 per year
The individual in this category is not registered as a mortgage broker and does not carry on the business of mortgage brokering. These members do not have voting rights at general meetings but are entitled to be elected as a Director of the Corporation.
As a member of CMBA-Atlantic we ask that you please familiarize yourself with the Association’s By-Laws, Code of Ethics and the Mortgage Brokers Regulators’ Council of Canada (MBRCC) Code of Conduct for the Mortgage Brokering Sector.
